This meditation cushion is the perfect prop for a comfortable and supportive meditation practice. Elevating your seat lengthens the spine and takes pressure off the knees when sitting. The cushion is filled with a mixture unbleached cotton waste and recycled unicurl/polyester and covered with a 100% South African cotton washable cover. Made in Cape Town with locally sourced materials.
